Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

1. Purchase Options

At FrancoisNeo.com, we offer multiple ways to shop with confidence:

A. Standard Product Purchases (Dry Goods)

  • All dry goods are fulfilled within 1–2 business days.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $89 (USA only).

  • Orders under $89 follow our standard shipping rates displayed at checkout.

B. Livestock & Clean-Up Crew (CUC) Orders

  • All livestock and CUC orders ship overnight for a flat rate of $39.

  • Free overnight shipping applies starting at $250 in livestock value.

  • If an order contains both dry goods and livestock, the overnight shipping ($39) takes priority.

C. Mixed Orders (Dry Goods + Livestock)

  • Livestock shipping method always overrides standard shipping.

  • We may consolidate shipments when possible to reduce packaging waste and ensure optimal animal safety.


2. Order Modification Policy

We understand mistakes happen.
You may request changes such as:

  • Correcting an address

  • Adding or removing items

  • Changing shipping date (livestock)

Requests must be made within 1 hour after placing the order, and before the order is processed.

Once the order is packed or transferred to the carrier, modifications are no longer possible.


3. Order Cancellation Policy

A. Dry Goods Orders

Dry goods can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund.
After this timeframe, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

B. Livestock & CUC Orders

Because livestock requires special handling and preparation:

  • Livestock orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

  • After 1 hour, a 20% livestock restocking fee applies.

  • Once animals are bagged or shipped, no cancellation or refund is possible.

This is to guarantee the health and safety of the animals.


4. Subscription & Coaching Purchase Options (If applicable)

If you later add coaching subscriptions to the site, this section can be activated:

A. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month.

  • You may cancel anytime, but cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds on unused subscription periods.

5. Failed Delivery or Customer Error

If an order is undeliverable due to:

  • incorrect address provided by the customer

  • failure to collect the package

  • refusal of delivery

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and livestock orders are not covered under these circumstances.


6. Damaged or DOA (Livestock)

Our Arrival Alive Guarantee is detailed on a separate DOA Policy page.
You must provide:

  • 2 clear photos of the animal in the unopened bag

  • Notification within 2 hours of delivery

We will issue store credit as described in the DOA terms.
