Captive-Bred Mocha Storm Ocellaris
The Captive-Bred ORA Mocha Storm Ocellaris Clownfish is a distinct designer clownfish that derives its lineage from a mutation that appeared during the selective breeding process.
The Captive-Bred ORA Mocha Storm Ocellaris Clownfish demonstrates an exaggerated white body pattern with an almost entirely white face with black eyes.
The random blotchy patterning of the Captive-Bred ORA Mocha Storm Ocellaris Clownfish sports a lovely orange-brown coloration reminiscent of freshly-brewed sun tea or coffee that is beautifully highlighted by the milk-white coloration.
With the increased black features, these fish often have a much brighter orange coloration creating an impressive display quality specimen.
A classic reef aquarium favorite, the Ocellaris Clownfish is known for its bright orange coloration, bold white bands, peaceful temperament, and excellent adaptability to captive aquarium life.
This species is a great choice for both newer reef keepers and experienced aquarists. Ocellaris Clownfish are hardy, active, and generally reef-safe, making them well suited for mixed reef aquariums.

Aquarium Care
Ocellaris Clownfish adapt well to stable marine aquariums and do not require an anemone to thrive.
They can be kept individually, as a bonded pair, or with other compatible reef fish. When keeping multiple clownfish, introducing a compatible pair is generally preferable to adding several unrelated individuals.
Provide stable water parameters, good filtration, and areas of rockwork where the fish can establish a territory.
Feeding
Ocellaris Clownfish are omnivores and should be offered a varied diet including:
-
High-quality marine pellets
-
Frozen mysis shrimp
-
Brine shrimp
-
Chopped marine foods
-
Quality flakes
Feed small portions once or twice daily.
Reef Compatibility
Ocellaris Clownfish are considered reef-safe and generally coexist well with corals and most marine invertebrates.
They may adopt an anemone, coral, or another area of the aquarium as a host, but an anemone is not required.
